10 hours of pleasure and research

Saturday 31st of may, from 11h to 21h.
In Conservas (C.Sant Pau, 58, Barcelona)
Journey of self-formation and debate “Compartir dóna gustet!”: the focus is the binomial public domain - private domain related to 3 aspects: Internet, biology and food, and public space. We’ll think about which mechanisms can be possible in these spheres the pleasure of sharing is becoming much more of a “wired” reality and difficulte to achieve -it doesn´t matter if it is on a bench in the street, with our music or the seeds of the typical tomatoes of our village. We’ll think about “why sharing can feel so good?”, and all of that with the collaboration of several experts:
> Manel Delgado, Andrés Antebi and Gerard Horta, anthropologists, who will speak about public space
> Álvaro Porro, Quim Guinovart and Anita Frayse, experts in biological cultivation, food and gastronomy, will explain to us how public and private property is affecting these things
> Daniel Bovadilla, Josian Llorente, Lluís Carbonell and Carles Soler, net-addicts, net-artists and net-activists, will demonstrate to us the present thinking on the meanings of public and private in the Internet sphere.
We’ll discuss about all these items and we’ll make final conclusions. We’ll eat very, very well and we’ll finish the day very close to Conservas, in Poble-Sec, taking part in a “copyleft evening” at Piel de Logos (C. Vilà i Vilà, 82, baixos, Poble-Sec).
When: saturday, 31st of May (from 10am - 8pm, the working day, and from 9pm to maximum 3am at Piel de Logos).
